The corner suite felt too cold, and after moving to a smaller room, the change was disappointing despite a minor discount. These negative aspects overshadowed the positive moments, leaving much to be desired.

The Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Lombard features stunning atrium decor and spacious suites, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally attentive, offering assistance with my luggage and providing suggestions for local dining, which truly enhanced my stay.

During my stay, I appreciated the excellent access to nearby parks, specifically Ty Warner Park just about 3.5 km away, perfect for a nice stroll, and the convenience of being across the street from Yorktown Mall, making it easy to enjoy shopping and dining options. the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus that got my day off to a great start. as a solo traveler, I loved the spacious one-bedroom suite that provided a cozy spot to relax after the day's adventures.

Inconsistent housekeeping leaves rooms feeling neglected!!! Noise from common areas can be overwhelming at times!!! Parking fees are unreasonable, especially compared to nearby alternatives!!!

The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit. However, I did find the pool area could use more supervision to ensure a relaxing environment for guests.
